“Well, that was almost a game worthy of "game of the century" status, the only thing that makes me think otherwise was the untimely death of the agile Ogre Gah Zza...
The dwarves had failed to cause any casualties all game, and then when they do get one, it was death for my most expensive, and possibly most popular with the crowd, Ogre.
Ah well, on we go. Game was good fun, great challenge throughout, and was really edge of the seat action for last couple of turns.
Some fortune meant we were able to bring down their runner on the way to score a winner, then SkullChucker, our thrower, picked up and threw a beast of a pass (he's obviously been working up his arm, it's a strong one once this match ended) caught by Fingers Freddy who then ran, putting on a burst of speed to make some space.
A failed dodge from the brewers left it an open field for the easy final score it what had been a very hard fought match.
The Brewers were a great bunch, indeed the friendly tour of the breweries afterwards was much needed and enjoyed and gave us all the chance to toast our friend Gah Zza. Rest well big man.
Sportsmanship, a definite 10... We had great banter, hope the spectators enjoyed it as much as we did.”
“The Brewers almost managed to score the 2-1 after Extremismosh killed the Chucker's Ogre GahZza thanks to a knuckleduster. But great tactical advices from coach Aconite led the SkullChuckers to the winning touchtown in turn 8.
None the less after the game the Brewers invited the Chuckers to a tour through all their breweries which kept both teams busy and cheerful till their next game.
Great Game, Great Team, Great Coach! 10 Points! Cheers :-) ”
