“A nice simple beating on both sides. This was a pretty fun game.

The dwarves put up a tough front line (as if you expected any less), but the mobility of the beastmen was just a little too much for them. The game opened up with a blitz (in my favor) that put me in good position but Goku danced right away and eventually ended up with his runner making a mad dash down the top of the field. Fortunately, Greed caught him... then another beastman... then another... Meanwhile, I had the rest of the dwarves tied up midfield. The 3 beastmen made a reverse and scored just in time to end the first half 1-0.

The second half I received and started pounding my way through a tough wall of dwarves. He was 2 men down at this point and I thought it would be pretty easy, but those unskilled BM throw a whole lotta skull/pows. Eventually, I broke through only to have that pesky runner grab the ball on a 1 die blitz. I managed to wrangle it back (barely!) and scored to end the second half as well.

Goku's a pretty fun coach to play against. He's certainly aggressive enough on defense to make things interesting. Thanks again for the match.”
