“This match was a close contest between two equally matched, yet opposite strengths. The True elves proved they could bash early on, and throughout the contest they proved they were tough enough to take it!
The first half ended with Pain State orchestrating a three turn drive to equalize, which is not always easy against the dogdey teams. The second half opened with the Orcs again getting the ball. The elves continued to find chinks in the cage and always seemed to get a POW when they needed it...on one blasted block die! :o)
In the end, it was an elf that continued to bounce back from being knocked down, and dodge out of a tackler's tacklezone to win the match on turn 16. The fans were on our side, throwing it back to our downed runner in the endzone, and other times putting it where an elf could not recover it. The scatter template was on our side for the same reason. Even Nuffle seemed to want us to win at times. ASROMA is an aberration against the natural order of things. "True" indicates TRULY Annoying, and at the top of that list is Francesco! I will get you! ”
