“This was really a good, close match. Trek's elves are a hard hitting bunch with three STR 4 players an enough blockers to make dwarves jealous. Fortunately, the kick off results were on my side, or else the score could easily have been reversed. I got a Blitz, a Pitch Invasion, a quick snap, and a Perfect defense. Doombringers got a RR or two and the weather changed (from nice to nice, I think).

We both managed to trip over our own feet somewhat, but I think I won out in the luck category after picking off the safe-throwing passer. Limbo's awesome, by the way. Kind of an up and coming Kahlua, but without the -av that makes every game so scary...

The pitch invasion was nasty. 1 Stun, 1 KO, and 2 Deaths. Fortunately Trek managed to apoth Limbo successfully. The other SI was a MNG early in the game from a relatively rookie Woodie and a lucky block on his Dragon Warrior. Fortunately, it was early enough to hold off on the apoth and save Limbo.
