“There comes a time in your coaching life where one single event can cost you a game. Picture the scence if you will: WUSO have just gone over the line in turn 7 of the 2nd half to make it 2-2. Chaos Dwarf, no chance of 1 turning it and thinking a hard earned draw was a fair result. Then it happens, kick off results in injury time. 2 turns later he scores on a GFI, leaving me 3-2 behind and only 1 turn to go.
I won't moan about luck, both teams hadmore than their fair share of the good stuff, but of the 3 niggled playersbetween the 2 sides that could have turned up, none of them did and of the 3 injuries received, no regen either. 6 players who had a 50% or better chance of taking some/further part in the game and not 1 single one passed a roll...Go figure.”
“No more to add. That is my luck sometimes all right, sometimes all damned. I am sure my next game will be a disaster. While, I will enjoy this incredible (and unfair) succeed.”
