#5 Edern – Dead (RIP)
#11 Kardeiz – Dead (RIP)
#16 Grendel – Smashed Knee (NI)
I've had a couple of matches recently where my opponents had poor luck and couldn't get anything going. This was my turn to experience that kind of game.

In the first half I received, built up a nice attack down one flank and scored quite easily - although I delayed for a turn in the hopes of getting the ball to my Thrower for some badly needed SPP.

As early as the 4th or 5th turn of the first half my casualty and KO boxes started to fill up. A Lineman killed, a badly hurt, and 5 KOd. Only 1 recovered for the next and although I fought hard to stop the equalizer it was never going to happen.

In the second half the KO box filled up as quickly as it could empty, with another permanent RIP and 2 SI - the first prevented by the Apo but the second a niggle on my Ogre. Sigh.

Down to 4 men at one point I conceded the winner on the last turn and was glad to be finished with this game. A nightmare from start to finish.
