“After a long barrage of harrassment from not wanting to play in a sure loss with only twelve guys and a niggled flesh golem I gave in. Ken himself had refused to play me earlier and was now giving me a load of crock about not wanting to play a vastly stronger team. So the game started at proxy HypocritsRus.

Hopefully, this has set an example that noone should refuse any game at all despite knowing it is a certain loss, and probably end up missing out on the playoffs as well...and I thought bloodbowl was about having fun :)

I am now looking forward to playing Ken's high elf team with my humans on ranked which would pretty much have a similar setup though not nearly the same advantage in strength and armor.

The game itself was a pretty dull affair and the Moon FC only managed to score due to a double skull reroll double skull. The final score of the game making it 3-1 was after a fumbled pass from Geezer Butler, making it his third thus unanimously voted MVP after the game by the orcish jury. A key play in the game was a foul by the orcish thrower which badly hurt Lemmy Kilmister midway through the first half.

Moreover, the orcs were damn good at sprinting as well as dodging...but not nearly on the same level as RIchie Blackmore and Geezer Butler, Moon FC wights, who dodged through tacklezones like elfs, apparently for no reason since when the server was back up after a temporary shut down all those dodges were for nothing since Geezer had not tied up the Savages' ball carrier at all on the other client...

Nuffle works in mysterious ways and now I will at least have Ken off my back for a while and leave his barrage to the rest of you folks when he is looking for a game *grins*.

Though in the end, the Moon FC, had ample chances of actually taking the lead and equalize though the orcs were succesful in their pickups, gfis and passes and the Moon FC could do nothing but look in awe at the way the plays were executed. After the game, Geezer Butler, felt he should be moved from passing duty to more crunch time showing off big muscles for a dead guy...thus perhaps Moon FC stood as the winners after all both morally and post-game :)”
