“Any game with the Appetizers is a fun one, but this was really a blast.
I do feel bad for poor Game_A. His fortune was nowhere close to 48%. I, on the otherhand, managed 3 actual good TTM plays. How can you argue about that?
Actually we started this game twice. The first time through, I got a blitz and scored on a TTM play, then the Slayers started turn 1 (already 1 point in the hole) and got at least 2 CASs. Then, my connection dropped. We restarted, but there was no save game. None was written after the Blitz turn. As such, we both got a little screwed by my ISP, but he certainly fared worse off on the fickle finger of fate chart.
Rushnag got SI'd on a pitch invasion that kinda threw off Sauron's Boys' chance at a tie game. Poor Dul was killed by a particularly Rowdy 'Ooligan when he was bumped off the pitch. Alas poor Dul. You flew off the turf well.”
“The green boys will have nightmares over this one for quite a while.
The halfliing aerial assault was astounding. We never knew what hit us until it was too late.
The pitch invasion was the final straw. Never thought I'd come out of a match with halflings with multiple casulties and a dead goblin. RIP Dul the Not-so-nimble.
My highest compliments on BadMr.Mojo - he was one hell of a sporstman. A more gracious victor I have yet to meet.”
