“Nuffle played a big hand in this one and Squig made some silly errors early on which could have made a big difference (like forgetting a 2db with his troll on my mummy).
Lot's of things failed in this match so maybe Nuffle should get the 3 points (only kidding i need them). The crowd were fairly easy on the players who were sent to surf them with only a BH and a stun (return to reserves box) but some failed moves on the pitch and a couple of cas in our favour the second half started 11 v 7 even though all 21 elligable players had been careful to drink plenty in the heat and avoided getting exhausted in the 1st half.
The only play of note was when Van the Man picked up on a loose ball from scholsey and not wishing to be outdone by his junior partner Rooney (who spent most of the game being rebandaged after the troll finally let loose) did his best to sprint for the line and scored as the fianl action of the game. He was complaining of pain in his foot after the game and upon examination the team physio said he had overdone it with the scoring move and picked up an achilles problem that would affect him for the remainder of his career.

3 wins from the last 3 games and the tour bus was humming on it's way back up the M6 tonight. all players have been instructed to change their bandages after each game and before boarding the bus in future.

8/10 for Squig. the flatness in the game was not his fault. i did not mind the winging, i have been on the receiving end of an extended butt raping from nuffle.
