“In the first half, Master Goodfrey was one GFI from scoring. To stumble on his feet took him hard, and he was clearly distracted when he went in to the fray again, not seeing the hobgobbo blocking him. He will have to rest the next game.
Despite our studies in Hobgoblian armour it withstood even our most hard blocks. On the other hand, the hobgobbos had really done their homework, since I had to see the KO-box more times than I recommend.
The bribe to Deepaper Kutz payed off and he was 'stunned' repeatedly.
Didn't feel that there was much I could have done differently. Some crucial dodges wasted my RRs so I soon ran out of them. (We all remember, with different feelings, the first block in second half that had to be rerolled. That burns RR-dice really fast.)
Despite my efforts and hard training, I did not gain one single skill. The good thing is that my FF didn't drop. (Isn't it silly that Elves FF might go up if the do bashy things? Shouldn't they have a table of their own, with elvish stuff; dodging, passing etc.)
Raggabagga has a really cool concept in his team. Not foolish as the name might suggest.
Note to self: Don't turn down challenges. Raggabagga was an excellent opponent and I feel I learned a lot about 'odd' BloodBowling. Besides, if I hadn't played I'd missed out on a great game with a very nice bloke.
Thanks for the game. You're on my WhiteList. I'll get you next time!”
