“Well, my prediction was wrong... I predicted that if the Plague received first then they would win... but it wasn't to be...

It may have been a hard hitting game, but it was F'tan the skaven that drew first blood... and although it was a BH, I predicted that this was a freak occurrence and brough the apothecary in... but having fended the skaven away from the end zone for the bulk of the first half, they scored, leaving me precious little time to equalise ... so the dwarves got out their special mail gauntlets and took out their anger on any nearby skaven.

The 2nd half was a slow trudge up field by the long beards, with a trio of runners and blitzer hovering around nearby with the ball... I had ample time to equalise, but I was wondering whether to take my numbers advantage and hold off the skaven for a few turns, or stall until turn 8... I decided to go for the jugular and score early, allowing me to put one or two more rats in the box out of harms way, but not before I lost Ubo Orcbane to the rat ogre Ghost'Maker...may he rest in peace!

Once the match went in to OT and the dwarves received then the game was over for the skaven... a few of the dwarves remembered what GhostMaker had done to Ubo, and put him out of this game and the next... he won't be doing that again in a hurry!... Don't you all know that it is illegal to break dwarf armour!...

Anyway, my team bullied their way to the final, and won... Not pretty, but it worked!.. Thanks to Cyric to being a determined opponent once again!”
