The luck may well have been theoretically even and the Undead were helped by a constant stream of POWS but (biiiiig but) I got two blitzes, perfect defense (on my defense) and quick snap (on my offense).

The Blitzes gave me a 2-0 lead by half-time (some good play nearly got me a third, but for once in the game I wasn't lucky enough to pull it off).

The second half saw some rare misfortune - a snake-eyesed pickup. Wolves are FAST and the rest of the half was me struggling to keep up with them. I lost the ball, but thanks to an absence of ones I was able to keep TZs on the ball carrier at all times.

Luck gave me a 2dice blitz on the ball carrier and from then on both teams struggled to keep the ball. I got it back after de Furia POWed one of my players, failed to catch the bouncing ball five times, and Jeran Ridael got it on the 6.

Another 2dice blitz and some nifty dodging got him out of the 6 man cage that surrounded him, and, after a failed GFI from Kaisher, Ridael hurtled off for the score.

Another RIP hurts, and I don't have the cash to replace Bindy. Ten men next game and, once again, the nigglers survive.”
