“New mummy; first block ever; seriously injured a norseman. Second block ever vs the Ogre; BH. fortunately for the Silly Squadron it ended there but after 3 turns he was 2 men and an Ogre down.
Despite this setback he continued to manage a rather effective defense considering the circumstances. I scored in my 7th turn leaving him a meagre 2 turns to get the score even.
He came terribly close, only fate prevented him scoring with his übercatcher (ag5 blodge/leap RULES!)
The second half I guess he retreated somewhat in order to wait for an opening and in the end I did overextend myself just that bit he needed. I basically had three 1d block-dice vs his blodger. Only pow would work. The second die showed the much hoped for result.
Again fate prevented him from scoring.
I know what he must feel. he outplayed his opponent yet he loses. Been there, done that.
Hope to play you next round mate.
Was a pleasure again.

“Arrrrgh! Frustrating match this was. The cas from 1:st and 2:nd round came out to be his only ones, but that beginning was kinda harsh. Then my failure to score in 1:st half. I needed a leap (2+ for my catcher) and a dodge i rolled a one on the leap, used reroll, but of course i then failed the dodge and crashed down. In 2:nd i think i outran him rather well. My catcher suddenly broke through, but used up my last reroll in 7:th turn on a doubleskull. Then he blitzed him with a non-tackler. Skull, reroll Pow. I then blitzed down the ghoul, and had a final chance to score. A 3+ dodge was needed, but of course i came crashing down again.
Well, i tried at least, and (without bragging too much) if i play that well, and still cant score, i know it wasnt ment to be. My poor team isnt supposed to progress inte the 1:st division it seems.
Cheers to you mate, and your lucky mummy (2 cas in his first game, then i killed him, but he regenerated). Good luck, hope to get a revenge someday ”
