“The Psychotics kicked-off and the first block of the game sent Laughing Jimmy (once again) to the injury box. The Dark Elves responded by making good use of the gotten ref to gang foul Reinos star player Iliyauksry out of the game.
Decent defence and Goir's penchant for risky rolling led to two Psychotic touchdowns, and the Ganeth boys took a 2-0 lead in at half-time.
The second half saw things go a little. . .odd. The usual paper armour returned, with injuries averaging 2 a turn for the first three turns. The dark Elf rolls in the first three turns were:
-Make a 2dblock
-Roll snake eyes
Out of rerolls by the fourth turn, they just went for a simple 1 on the first die.
The slow speed of the blockers kept Goir from really capitalising on the Psychotics misfortune and we were able to trundle a ball up the wing, making the occasional 3+ roll in the process, before scoing in the final turn of the game.
A 3-0 win, but no FF increase. Curse you fans. Curse you.
3 skills though, including another double - Guard.”
