So the first half was pretty alright. The Poisoned Children kicked, killed, and smashed in for a quick score. Simple. Effective. Elfy. It should have been the same way in the second half, but for the aforementioned inability to pick the ball up. The Gut Bustaz had like 1 lineman back to cover, but I needed a quick score as I was being swamped in the centre. And swamped. And oh blimey swamped.
My luck was so bad that when I finally did pick the ball up, and was running Fey'en to the line to score, I thought 'if I had to go for it, I bet I'd roll a 1'. Not being the most serious of players the curiosity got far too much for me. Not only did she trip, she also killed herself doing it. At least the other witch managed to score on the final turn.
Second half finished with the Orcs laying into a few more elves for the second kill. Ah well - was good fun!!!!”
