“Nice and bloody match. I was disappointed my apo couldn't save the blitzer with possibly the coolest name on my team ever, but that's Bloodbowl. I had hired Zug, which was fouled out of the game on the first turn. ;)

You might say that was a waste of 60k, but I'll say it prevented another player of mine being hurt.

I thought I had everything locked down nice and tight, but his SF blodge blitzer managed to make four dodges and pick up the ball in a tacklezone in turn 8, securing the 1-0. Multiple attempts to assasinate that guy failed, I think I threw a total of five fouls on him with no results. My guess is that Nuffle has something great for him in store ;)

Anyway, my ogre had a splendid performance today, making 3 casualties - while my ST4 blitzer made 2 casualties himself. On the team progress thing: I got exactly enough cash out of the game to replace the dead blitzer. A lino aged with a niggle on his first skill roll and was fired. Saved the best for last: I got a +ST on my ogre! A well deserved reward.
