The game started well... with a Perfect Defence inmy oponent's favour that completely killed my first drive. I then played most of the game without my Dauntless wolf or my Block Flesh Golem, as both were permanently KOed. Was almost always down on players... failed several chances at a TD (granted they weren't very GOOD chances but at one point it was a matter of either getting a 4+ pass (re-rolled) to a werewolf, who could just walk it in (and even stall), and even if that failed if it just didn't scatter back two squares all was fine - it scattered back two squares naturally :)).

I feel I should have had a draw from this one, but hey, guess I should be lucky that I got that close to one (a couple of -2d blocks giving double pow helps). Having stood on the brink, however, I feel robbed, especially factoring in the lousy winnings and the FF drop (not to mention the enormous coach rank drop despite playing a decent ranked coach with a far, far stronger team)

My opponent is a thief! But nevertheless a fine person to play against and the game was very enjoyable all the way through. I'll get him one day. :)
