I think this game was the most unfair game ever played on fumbbl. A TR difference of 157 speaks for itself. i knew it was over before it even started. But I thought I'd at least put up a fight. How wrong I was.

The fun part is that his wizard cast a spell upon my tight little formation and finished the game with 2 KIA and a SI. Bah! Humbug! It was my teams last game. The team has now officially retired after this enormous beating. And rightly so.

Malthor definetly deserved to win but he could have done it without destroying my team. I told him at the start of the match to take it easy but did he listen? NOOOOO... Instead he made nuffle roll like crazy. He must have bribed it. Yeah... that must be it.

I love nuffle. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

CONCLUSION
Over the course of their 26 games we can make an average note that they didn't deserve their name at all.

Durham Lucky Sevens was not lucky.

A Grotty Little Tournament qualifying match.

It certainly was a mismatch on paper and the handicap rolls did not help my opponent. He started very very well with a one dice Pow causing a stun, but from there it got tough.

His first injury to me was a RIP very early on which I had to apoth and he soon used his apoth on a niggle. Not long after, I caused a RIP block. Brutal.

He advanced the ball and I stole it and after a big mob up of players fighting for it, I recovered it and scored.

Second half, he set up with nearly all his players deep in a block. I thought, why the hell not and used the wizard on 5 of them. Amazingly, it caused a RIP on his Str4 Longbeard and a -AG on a Blitzer. (So it was not two kills like my opponent's match report stated). However, it was well and truly match over then and there as he only had 9 players and most of them were too deep to stop me forming a cage and then advancing it.

I didn't intentionally go out to destroy my opponent's team, just do enough to secure the win it was the dice rolls that were brutal.

My opponent was very sporting and took the crappy dice rolls (the injurieis) in his stride and to lighten things up, he tried to do a Longbeard pass to finish off the game.

Best of luck in the future hellmaister, and I wish you well with your new team.
