“Great game which had its share of blood and slaughter. All on my opponents side. Thank Nuffle I did not suffer such bad casualties!
The first half saw the Elfbowlers drive die out thanks to a one die blitz. The crowd dealt out some serious injury to the Elfblower blitzer when he stumbled (er was pushed) into the crowd.
But the chance for a Ahura Mazda TD was ruined by a failed GFI when he was clean through.
Next half saw a rapid 2 turn TD by Ahura Mazda, combining the hand off and pass after flooding the downfield, into the gaps made by a few missing Elfbowlers.
The steady stream into Ahura Mazdas K.O. box kept the match more even.
The Elfbowlers missed a golden oppurtunity for a TD when their man tripped on the line on a GFI, sending himself to the BH in the process. We didn't touch him!
Well a death later and some ball fumbling and coach error saw the game end 1-0 to Ahura Mazda.

It was a bit of a strange game all round really. My first drive failed after I made a couple of tactical errors and the half degenerated into a bashing match.
The Elfbowlers unfortunately still haven't managed to stop self destructing with yet another death on the field and another SI meaning that I'm still limited to 10 players next match. God I need an apothicary...
