“The wraithlords got fired up again this match. Last time the two met it was the Wraithlords first game and they really sunk the much more favoured Skye Nobles. So this time payback was expected.
However it didn't all go to plan. The wraithlords got so intensely fired up for this one, they did 4 cas and 1 ko from the first six blocks of the game! It was pretty much all over by turn 2. A slippery ball kept things mildly interesting, as well as Chi Chi's antics (no idea how an AG1 saurus with a clumsy tail got onto an elf team).

2pts: Richard Lopes - Despite being outnumbered, he kept making the hard hits and got the ball in for the Nobles' only try.
1pts: Chester Henderson - The first Noble not to flee to the safety of the bins after the Wraithlord's barrage had already put away four of his mates! ”
“Once again the Nobles meet the underdogs from the underdark the Wraithlords and once again get soundly thrashed. Amidst the pouring rain that persisted the whole game the blood sweat and tears flowed reely. By end of turn 2 for the Wraithlords the Nobles had three players out for the rest of the game and the Apothecary used up the last of the Magic Spray on Holly Frost. Things sort of went down the drain with the stormwater and the valiant efforts of Richard and Chester just wern't enough.
Chester threw 3 for 2 completions , a mighty effort in the pouring rain and combined with Richard to sneak a TD during the first half of despair. It was alas not enough as the plucky Wraithlords with standout players in the form of Trojan Gift (2 votes Deathwish ) and the Blind Seer (1 Vote )managed to cream the Nobles and send them home minus their silks and gold coins................
(Did I do the votes right?)”
