The Final of the Dawn of Blood Challenge within the Grudge League, won in the end by coin toss (in my favour).
Hard fought game, we went 1-0 up early on, with the Norse getting it to 1-1 midway through second half. Could have won it on turn 8 but a double 1 on picking up the ball sent us in to overtime.
The Icebears received, and were able to get through to score around turn 5, and then with a lot of hard hitting play, we managed to pull it back to 2-2 on turn 8, and leave it for the coin to decide.
Fantastic, nerve wracking game, just a shame it went to the coin...”
