In our last two encounters, I had managed to steal a draw and a win against Nordmark, so it was only fair for him to win this one.

Bad omen — my dauntless catcher was arrested and could not play.

Without catchers who could bug his receivers at the kick off, there was not much I could do once the beasts had formed the cage (with at least two guards). My Wardancer kept leaping and blitzing against all odds, but the only time he managed to steal the ball, the AG3 elf failed to grab it. Otherwise, he might have escaped to score the victory TD. Alas, he failed and it was Nirvana who scored.

After their two previous encounters with the Champions, Nirvana's players were highly motivated, and did not need any tackle to bring down the halpless elves., blodgers or not. It was just a miracle that nobody got seriously injured.

This defeat means we will not be title contenders this round, but we gave our best effort.

It was a pleasure as always, Nordmark (although this game went by very fast once the elfs started to pile up in the sidelines :-)
