After the apothecary tended to an old injury that had flared up before the game, Burt managed to receive (hoofing a coin!) in the first half, and slogged his way up the field for a TD... The Sheriff managed to Seriously hurt himself, tripping over in an effort to stop Burt, and smashed his hand... but the faithful apothecary saved him!... but Burt managed to cross over the line to score despite laughing at the prone Sheriff.
The 2nd half started with the Orc crowd lobbing a rock at the large furry target, leaving the Blitzer with a relatively easy score...
Despite Burt's attempts the game wasn't going to get past a draw... although the chaos halflings slaughtered a small goat in his honour as the league finished for the big guy.”
“The Sheriff was all over this light-handed bovine all match. So confident was he that little Burt wasn't gonna win he smashed his hand to use his apothecary. By the end of the first half, those weren't tears of joy in Burty's eyes. The brown streak behind him was testamony to that. His fans left him, not because they were disappointed with his performance against a little orc but there's only so many moments of bovine terror your nostrils can take.
He was so scared he even passed the ball away from his td line in the last turn. Don't mess with the lawman.”
