You seem to be the typical type of coach who thinks that he rolled over his opponent thanks to the superior tactics he used. Well, yes, rolling sixes is indeed a good tactic. You're truly a genius. Enjoy your petty victory!

******* [IN THE OTHER COACH'S REPORT, HE IS RED AND I AM BLUE] *******

This fourth match for the Pitter Patter rats was a short one indeed! Taking the field against an undead team called the Middenheim Reunion, there was little doubt that the rats could score, if there were enough of them left on the pitch.

Middenheim Ruinion kicked off after losing the coin toss and wasted no time at all. The undead launched a blitz on the rats, putting themselves in very strong blocking position with an excellent opportunity at the ball. Then the rats took the offensive, knocking over most of the opposing team. Krin Quickpaw ran back to recover the ball and deliver it to Snatch Strongarm with a quick pass. Sam Shoulderblow led the horde of rats in a quick pummelling of Undead Mummy Overlord Mhuro who was soon being dragged from the field unconcious. Ghoul Heartripper managed to knock down Snatch Strongarm, stunning him and freeing the ball. Meanwhile, the bashing continued in the center of the pitch while Heartripper recovered the ball and made his way accompanied down the sideline. Mummy Lordly Ugall pressed to cover ground and cover it he did, with his face. He too would be escorted off the pitch while Fang Bloodletter knocked out Heartripper with a little help from his friend, Krin Quickpaw. The ball rolled a bit too close to the crowd and the fans had a little fun tossing it about and finally heaving it into the center of the pitch where Ghoul Brainlicker was able to recover it. Brainlicker would, however, trip and fall in his haste toward the endzone, giving the rats another chance.

With the ball on the pitch and the undead threats being knocked off the field, the rats sprung into action. Bo Bristleback nocked out Zombie Relentless and Ghoul Bonechewer was tackled trying to leave the fray for the loose ball. The rats marked their counterparts easily due to their overwhelming numbers, Harry Heavyset made for the endzone, Krin scooped up the ball and handed it off to Snatch who ran up and threw a quick pass to Skad. Skad scampered down field to join Harry and the two seemed touchdown bound.

Unfortunately, this seemed too much for Coach Frankie who viewed the match with obvious displeasure. He made a brief complaint to Coach Shorty about his team's style of play and prompty conceded the match before the rats could score. Whatever his objections, Coach Frankie's actions ended the match prematurely and the rats were sent off with a win and impeccably clean uniforms.

When asked about the other coach's decision to concede the match, Coach Shorty commented, "It looked like a good match when it was scheduled. He was obviously expecting a different game. Perhaps he had hoped to win or at least put up a decent fight. I wish him well in his quest for whatever he's looking for."

When I questioned Sam Shoulderblow about the play the sent the first mummy packing he said, "Well, they were bigger and stronger so we figured we'd get the jump. The kickoff helped us and the blitz hurt us. We got them down early and we just kept on. It worked out well."

Players of note:

Sam Shoulderblow, for ousting the first mummy.

Krin Quickpaw, MVP, for handling the ball so much in what was a very short contest.

Spike Snaptail, MVP, for gernerally mauling the opposition and helping his teammates with their blocks.

Snatch Strongarm, who threw a pass.
