“I got incredibly lucky, and 8Ben unlucky in the first half. 8Ben also got the ref at turn 1, but didn't foul at all. Whether it is due to his non-fouling habits, or due to me having a DP and he didn't, I'm not sure. But I sure am glad he didn't. :)

First half, I stopped his offense and made a TD. Second drive, I got blitz! and charged towards his endzone, but his pass made it and my team couldn't stop the 1-1.

Second half, my pass fumbled, and 8Ben got the ball and ran with it to make 2-1. Final drive, 8Ben got Blitz! and put his mino and beastman next to my thrower. Strength punched the mino out of the game (and the next one, incidentally) and we secured the ball. Ran towards the endzone with it, but it got intercepted by a blitzing beastman... only for my assisting blitzer to catch the ball again. I then tried to free my blitzer, even though I needed just one dodge to get out and make the TD. It ended in disaster and the score remained 1-2.

So... it was all my fault :)
