“A nail biting match the see-sawed one way and then the other with both teams looking to score the winning TD in the dying moments of the game.

The 1st half saw all the luck running with the BC's as they got a quick snap and were able to make a strong drive up the centre to score midway through the first half.

Bond's Collectors then had a perfect defense setting themselves up and after regaining the ball they were able to score again making it 2 - 0 at the half time break.

OwKs received the ball at the start of the 2nd but again a perfecct defence by the BCs allowed them to setup nicely. Despite this setback OwKs were able to make a fast pass and run down the left wing and Curm went in for is first TD of the match in the 2nd turn.

BC's received the subsequent kick and started to make a strong run up the centre again. A gap in their line however let 2 of OwK's fast men to get through and blitz the ball carrier. The ball scattered to Curm and he was then able to dodge away and score another TD in the 5th turn.

At 2 all OwK were down to 8 men. They setup deep but lost another lineman KO'd after the snap. The kick was a good one ending up right back at the BC's line. They started to move the ball forward easily breaking through the weak Kings defensive line. Bernas for the BC's recovered the ball and after a run passed it to Zarton who then sprinted off up field toward the right corner, he made it to within 3 moves of the line. With 2 turns to go the Kings needed something big. Vas Flam the rookie thrower of the team was the only hope. Dodging away from 3 defenders he blitzed the ball carrier taking him to the ground and knocking the ball lose. Akia Firu then repeated Flams feat of dodging away from 3 BC players, sprinted the extra to the ball and then completed a long pass over 2 BC defenders to Drugi Morfin who was down past the half way line.

It all came down to the last turn and infact the very last move! Morfin sprinted for the line and @#%& arrrg, trips one square from scoring the winning TD in the last turn of the game. Oh for a bloody RR.

So in the end a bit of the thriller with both coaches coming within a few yards of sealing the match.
