“Another hard play offs match....

Before the game I was very confident to beat the Norse. I had 12 players and they only 10. But, things went wrong. My only niggler felt so bad, he didn´t want to show up. In the client, I saw that the handicap was Morleys revenge, and that 3 players were affected. So I decided to use the apo, fearing to run short of players.

During the game, the Norse proved to be the better blockers and they were really light footed, dodging away too much for Dwarves to like it. (didn´t I write that in the report of our last game??)

To make it short: In the first half, I couldn´t stop him from scoring a TD, as he couldn´t stop me from scoring late in the second half. So we went into overtime, both with no rerolls (I was surprised you used your last one in turn 16 to reroll a pass for 1 Spp) . Surprisingly, he scored in turn 4 (?), and now things worked well enough for me to score in turn 8. That included my runner dodging and 2 gfi. Phew. That was lucky. Maybe a payback for all the pushbacks I kept rolling.

I was lucky to win the coin toss. But with 2 players missing and my great niggler, that will be a hard game, I guess.”
