The grease strategy seemed like a good idea before the match started but, unfortunately, my mighty skinks did not have time to clean themselves completely from all that grease. This ''small miscalculation'' cause us some problems later in the game, especially when the time came to pick the ball from the ground.

The_Mighty_Ren also made some preparation for the game by bringing a good stock of smelling salt which come in quite handy since our saurus were too afraid to get their hands all bloody by ending the game early for some players. As for Gargouille, the usually reliable team kroxigor, he decided he would just stand there this game and so he did.
Fortunalety for the the Muddy Bite, Long showed is big brothers that they could let the fans do the dirty works for them by sending the elfs flying in the crowd.

During the half time break the skinks were fianlly able to get almost all the grease off and by this time the Har Ganeth Psychotics were outmatch both by strenght and number. This allowed my lizards to take a nice 3-0 win without permanent damage for both side thus ending my 2 game losing streaks vs The_Mighty_Ren.

Magmabeast greased our shoes and gloves!

The worst ever loss for the Pyschotics and one which saw more fumbledd pick-ups, passes, slipping and rerolled skull blocks than in our last 20 matches put together. We just couldn't do anything right. This, coupled with a bunch of unforced errors, cost us dearly.

The Bite's opening gambit failed as they snake-eyes'd a GFI, only to see me snake-eyes a dodge in return. The rest of the half dissolved in a hail of ones, with Magma eventually scoring in turn 5, a feat we could not match thanks to a host of fumbled passes.

The second half went better for the Lizards, but the Dark Elfs played just as badly. Every reroll ended in snake-eyes, and we managed 2 completitons in 7 pass attempts (a healthy 1 in 4 for Darius Hurlam, who truly lived up to his nickname). The first dodge of almost every player was a one, although thankfully unskilled players rarely dodge.

We had numerous chances to score - three times (one per drive) we failed to make the pass our players stood waiting in the endzone (two failed 2+ and a 4+ reroll from Hurlam) - but we just couldn't do it.

MagmaBeast finally has his revenge. After our two previous meeting saw me with Nuffle in my pocket, this time Magma had the luck (well, he had less bad luck than me anyway, he didn't really have *good* luck either). We were outplayed and deserved to lose, though at 3-0 we feel harsly punished.
