After a truly horrid first half I could field a mere 9 players; the hired Vamp, a mummy, one wight, one ghoul and the rest were zombies. Chaos was closer to scoring; a hand-off in a tz worked (with rr) but the dodge failed in turn 8.
The first half I had not even fielded my dirty player but after a foul on a ghoul in the 1st half I felt no remorse to even the score. A KO meant it was less of an uphill struggle. Soon after I fouled his dp and he went BH. Evened the odds. Figured I'd stop. Not to mention I was terribly busy chasing the ball.
This was where the hired star made all the difference and in the end he scored. After a nail-biting 2nd half....
(for the both of us I guess)”
“This was THE GAME in this Faction round. I needed to win to get the gold medal. At the same time Jinxed needed to win to play next round in F1. It started pretty good for me and in the first half I managed to steal the ball but the dodge in the end failed when I was going to run for the td.
The second half carried a lot of damage. Not only cas but a lot of KO´s as well for both teams. Jinxed threw a good deep kick and I was unable to get the ball. In the end Count Luthor managed to steal the ball from me and score the only and thus winning TD.
Jinxed became relegation-safe.
I´m a bit annouyd because I played pretty bad in the end of the game. There are some things that I could have done different. But this is what fumbbl is all about. A good game vs a very nice coach. I actually think he can transfer some of his bad luck to me when we play. Or I´m just Jinxed´s lost brother...”
