“Looking for some Orcs to help finish off our ELF second cycle, the Pyshotics approached Krede's Boogie Knights, only for them to disappear from Gamefinder at the last minute.
Then, thankfully, Alfie's Sweet Orcs stepped into the breach.
It was a good day for the Dark Elves. A strong defensive performace, with Lucrezia Foulbait in especially fine form, and an absence of ones helped us take a 2-0 lead into the half-time break.
Our first Psychotic offensive started well and an inopportune quadruple skulls from the Orcs gave us an easy two-turn td.
We responded with a 1, 2, 1 roll on the Sweet Orcs following offense, then some awful misclicking saw an unecessary -2dblock come up skulls and Alfie was able to run in his own simple, three turn td.
We had one more shot at the score, and took the full three turns, skilling up Darius, Lucrezia, Kellogs AND hapless lineman Needles Friel in the process.
Ag5 Teddy - despite his -ma and niggle - was once again the star of the show.
The TTM was on the cards after a Bad Kick Touchback, but the hapless Troll fumbbled his little goblin friend, and the game ended at 4-1.
A enjoyable game with no permanent injuries and a big pot of cash. Wooo. A rematch awaits for the very friendly Alfie.”
