“Screwed by the dice I tell you!

First half, I was in defence, and I played hard and held him scoreless. Despite my opponent having an amazing ability to roll one dice pows on me.

Second half, I line up and I get blitzed. This left me flattened and exposed all over. After some time, I manage to get the ball deep towards his endzone, only to fail a GFI and then the reroll. I fall over and lose the ball. His Chaos Warrior does 2 GFI, picks up the ball and throws a long pass to another Chaos Warrior who is in a tackezone. Said Chaos Warrior catches the ball and blitzes my player.

I set up a 2 dice Wild Animal trap, and try to stop him scoring, only to fail a GFI to blitz him. The wild animal trap fails again and he scores soon after.

I only have 8 against his 11 but I manage to score a quick TD after a lucky roll or two.

With 2 turns left in the game, and no rerolls for either player and me with only 8 players again, he gets a quicksnap which puts his players in range.

Despite my defence he had too many players, and he managed to pick up the ball, throw a short pass, catch and sprint twice to get home. After flattening every single player he blocked for two tunrs again too.

Was just one of those days when the dice screw you over, as I was confident of winning at the start of the second half as I had my full team, and 2 rerolls, and he had lost a player and had no rerolls. But the blitz and then the failed GFI with reroll followed by his double GFI long pass catch in a tackle zone screwed me big time.

Oh, and my opponent played quite well apart from allowing me to trap him on the sidelines a coupe of times and send his players out of bounds (one RIP). Congrats and (more!) good luck with your team.”
