“After the match our journalist had a chance to speak with Hogan 'Death Grip' Buttercup. The following is an excert from the conversation:
----------------
Reporter: "Hogan - what do you believe was the deciding factor in your loss today?"
Grip: "Those damn gobbos! Sneaky little gits they are - one gobbo almost single handedly stopped our first drive and another one passed to the winning TD. I'd suggest the BB-commission revises it's rules in order to ban those stinkin' little gits from the game entirely."
Reporter: "What do you think about the fans you gained during your last match leaving you at such an early stage of your carreer?"
Hogan: "Bah! Who needs those disloyal sons o' hellspawn in the first place? We'll do fine without them."
----------------
(It was a fun game - had I made better use of the handicap Get the Ref 2 the game could perhaps had been more even but there was little I could do against the neverending onslaught. The most important moment of the match was probably early in the match when my guys had an occurence of double skulls that shut down my drive. I tried to salvage the team's honour in the last dying turns but a couple of snakeeyes and then a failed dodge stopped this as well.
On a sidenote non of the players have missed a regen. roll so far. Here's a coach keeping his fingers crossed that this continues...
Thanks for the game Danjél - you deserved the win through good coaching) ”
“Well, what to say? I was kinda surprised by the offer to play his 108 khemri with my 168 gobbo-pacts; Anyway it was a close and tough match. As expected, the three BigGuys did their job and slapped a few skeletons out (as mentioned, none of em failed a regen roll!), but it was again Taugeniz, the piling on Gobbo, who managed to kick 2 skels ko and one seriously injured.
The same reporter managed to get an interview with Taugeniz as well:
Reporter: Taugeniz, how did it feel to slay em all down?
Taugeniz: Hahahahähäh Hihihihhahaha hOhohoo...
Well, after this interesting interview, some words of the coach:
Lord.Danjêl: I still try to refuse the known ChaosPact strategy with slapping BigGuys and Gutter Runner and therefore stake on the Gobbos. It worked once more very well, but it's only a matter of time till the Gobbos are killed and the team is ruined entirely. The team suffers already of permanent injuries and failed ageing rolls.
But it was a nice game, and Ol' Bleached Bones is one of those teams i like the most: unconventional, interesting and funny to play.
Some words about RedFish: fair, funny and even good coach! Would be funny to play you again; maybe your khemri wanna play once my orcs? http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=165197
Again a team i try to take advantage of the Gobbos, unfortunately no piling on gobbos yet! ”
