“At this moment, I am really fed up with this game. It must be life's way to tell me to stop playing BB.
Another game were I was diceraped (as usual, nowadays). The first half was plainly frustrating. When I was on the offense, all I needed was not to roll 1s. Not in two or three rolls. Just 1 roll. Of course my dice must have 5 ones each. Failed catches, failed dodges, failed gfi (with plenty of re-fails). God, even the Appo failed!
By the end of the first half I wasn't even trying. It seems it does not matter how you play, you are still going to roll a die. And if you invariably fail it makes the game boring and frustrating.
Then there is the unwritten law for elves. Whenever you fail, prepare to have your team halved. It works like that. There are probably more injured players than healthy ones after five games in Faction (a total of 5 niggling injuries and 3 stat drops, several by aging alone).
Well, how's that for whining? I am gonna take a few days off fumbbl. Then I will play another game and hopefully luck will not be the decisive factor. ”
