“A good tough game against some good tough Norse. Carioz was scything through my beastmen by the end of the game and av8 wasn't looking so tough. Fortunately, he took my warning about fouling the PO blitzers (by surrounding one after he went down and selecting the foul action, but not putting the boot on, through. Just to scare him =] ) or else I may have really ended up hurting.
The vikings received to start the game and I managed to turn it over and sore around turn 6 of the first half. The half ended without another score, 1-0 good guys.
The second half, I received and found a nasty perfect defense waiting for me. I managed to tuck away the ball and set up a few receivers (more likely a second cage to run into, but the idea works) but blew a block and left the ballcarrier open. He turned it over and scored on turn 5-ish. It was this second half that saw the hurting start as I ended up receiving 2 men down next drive. 2 became 3 and then 4 and by turn 8, the vikings had the ball and were pushing towards the endzone. I managed to get a man on the ballcarrier and the last play of the game was an attempt to dodge for the score and the game. With no RRs left, he stumbled and we ended at a tie.

Thanks for the game, Carioz.”
