“Desperate for a win in this vital midgame matchup against longtime rivals Gumbeast, Carlton were happy to see the Khemri taking to the field with very barely a full squad to put together. Putting as many of the dead things off the field as possible would definately be the game plan...
And a game plan well executed, going pretty much according to plan. Davros and Duke were both fouled off by the numerous skeleton bootmasters, but each time resulted in the offending bones being relegated to the bench also for their cowardice, playing right into Carlton's hands. Not needing the usual stars for what was quickly becoming a debacle, Mr. Swan was happy to give some fresh blood a run, with rookies Paul Pacman, 'Handy' Andy, and Joe Brickman all enjoying the freedom that a lack of ball hogging superheroes had gained them.
An easy win in the end for our boys, who now have a shot at a top 4 finish and another season in the Premier!

3 Votes - #8 John Gascoigne
Lasted the entire match for starters, and never really failed to do whatever he tried. John did a great job of stopping Carlton from being 2-0 up at half time.

Probably not as good a game as this old fella is used to having, but he made his blocks, put guys off the field, and stood firm in the face of Carlton's players in a very annoying manner before we KO'd him.
1 Vote - #12 Cristinel Costea II
Good solid player this one and did a good job of attempting to make a game of it, combining with team mate John quite well, though futilely.

Gumbi, your voting is petulant and spiteful. I would have expected better. I'm sorry you had no fun.”
