Pouring rain greeted the Templar Knights eager to test their metal against the wild Beastmen of Downunder. The Beastmen lived up to their fame, depressed and psychologically challenged (check the names) and came out blocking hard. The Templars took the pummeling well, getting up just in time to be smacked down again. A failed Beastman go-for-it meant the ball ended up in the hands of the Teutons who ran in the 1st TD. The Ogre stood around picking his nose for most of the game but pulled his finger out in the 2nd half to bash open a space for a rushing 2nd TD. The Beastmen replied with a well deserved TD in the last turn of the game. Saladin and Shiraz both returned to the Middle East to gather a fresh supply of eyes .. the Templars seem to be in short supply of them lately. Good fun game, thanks mate.
