At the end of the first half my luck was down at 39%... luckily that increased somewhat... And my bad luck jumped Thunderhammer...
At least a little bit.
Sorry I couldn't put up much of a fight... Had my mom on the phone, and moms aren't that good at taking hints about one being busy. Couldn't let you wait the whole time... Not that it mattered, but a little bit more recistance might have come...
Well, have played some games in a tournament now... not quite sure how I like it... seems like it comes down to stalling and crowdpushing. (Not so much this game though...)
Anyways, good luck in the future with your team... and in the NFL... ”
After our last stinging defeat, we really wanted to show them what we were made like. Dark Elves aren't real elves like Badman, a new addition to our team, use to say. And right he was. Their ballhandling ability left something to be desired, and the first half went our way. Badman ran home the td, and the elves got outbashed.
Second half was really bad starting out with the darkies moving before we could even get off our feet. It all degenerated into a huge brawl without any progress being made. Finally Bringer of Light tried to break free, but unfortunately, even with the shouting of our coach, he still managed to roll over on his assisted block. Equalizer didn't do much good either, and repeated the sucess the turn after.
New Dawn saved the day, however, when he made a truly epic pass which Man of the People caught. Even though it was too late to get another touchdown, Man of the People got rewarded for his heorics by getting the MVP.
Ha, we didn't make any cas., but nevertheless we won the day. A "moral" victory so to speak.
(Thanks to my opponent for the game. Yeah, you are right, tournaments have lots of stalling and crowdpushing in them. If this wasn't the NFL, you'd probably see quite some fouling as well. Good luck to you as well)
