“The Juggernauts started in defence, but soon stole the ball after Bull Centaur Tzor Zagron burst past a defensive screener (using Break Tackle) and sacked the Nigglers' quarterback and picked up the ball.

The Juggernauts quickly scored and then after playing some tight defence, managed to steal the ball again and score a second TD to end the opening period.


Things were looking decidely grim for the Nigglers as they were down to 10 players on the pitch and the Juggernauts were starting with the ball in the second half.

However, the Nigglers did not give up, and managed to knock the ball free from the Juggernauts ball carrier twice, and actually held the Juggernauts scoreless for the entire half. However, this came at a cost as more Nigglers were injured in the fray.

Very unlucky day for my opponent. He made plenty of dodges, but he couldn't block at all, getting a single dice skull early and rerolling it into another skull. His players kept getting splatted too... one of his SI MNG was due to failed GFI to pick up the ball with his sure hands thrower and throw it down field to his Blitzer too.

Still he played on with determination, and mainted a sense of humour.

The luck reading is out because there was a disconnect late in the game. It happened before any rolls were made for the turn so it made no difference to the outcome.”
