“Another first for the Band! They have thrown off the overseas curse and finally had a hit on foreign shores!

74,000 of the faithful packed into the Arena...but things got off to a shaky start when it was discovered that some Bad Runes were being passed around! The crowd took exception and promptly invaded the pitch! The Band ran a single reciever downfield as a decoy...but he prompty came back into consideration when Dorak Stoneheart (who had been smoking the Bad Rune) was too lethargic to knock him down. In fact it appeard as if BOTH Trollslayers were under the influence as they continued to fail Dauntless rolls, and only manage pushes or worse the whole 1st half. A quick sprint thru the haze and it was 1-0 in T3.

Solid security was put into place after a rock was thrown into the arena to begin the next drive! It startled the Dwarves...who couldn't get a drive started.

Halftime didn't begin any better for the Grudgers. They were still obviously smoke affected and let a Blitz thru on the Kick. Some good work to cage a few turns later undone when a another user fell over dodgeing. Ball knocked loose and the Band regathers and back peddels.

At this point the smoke wore off and the little ones were ANGRY! KOs, stuns, and a SI were the legacy of their bad trip! But Ma Otter held her nerve...and eventually scampered up the sideline for the sealer.!

We look forward to a possible rematch in the finals!
