“Tough defense from the Runners in the first half lead to a large lead at half time. However, the sneaky skaven continued their game plan of pummelling the agile, but fragile elves, and it paid off. The skaven were able to score several TDs late on a diminished Runners side, but the first half lead proved insurmountable.
Of note, team stalwart Veror Ly'Quilin suffered an injury that seems unable to heal properly. Elven demands of an inquiry into the use of warpstone have fallen on the deaf ears of the officials and it seems the team must be content with the fact that their team tank survived an early fatal injury due to the quick thinking of the team doctor.
