“After a great start to the World's Edge Monumental tournament the Fangs Of Sotek suffered their first loss of the tournament against the dwarves of Gooooooold! The Gooooooold! dwvares received the ball at the start of the first half and with well disciplined order slowly marched the ball up the pitch whilst taking out the Fangs skink players. With no agile players remaining the Fangs were unable to stop the dwarves ending the half with a touchdown advantage.
A lucky break early in the second half allowed the Fangs to quickly equalize. However as more skink players were sent to the dugout the Fangs were unable to hold off the Gooooooold! dwarves for the rest of the half and the dwarves scored at the end of the half to win 2-1.
Pretty out-played by a better coach in this match who controlled the game and never gave me a chance to get at the ball-carrier. I always have trouble against dwarves which is never helped by playing a coach who knows how to use them well!
Good luck in the rest of the tournie!”

Thanks to my opponent for some excellent sportsmanship. At one point, due to a disconnect, there was a slight bug in the game that gave an advantage to my opponent. He refused to take advantage of it.
