“Only three handicaps, but Virus and Morley's made it tough for the Squeakers who fielded 8-10 players on most drives thanks also to some very knocked out players.
The Squeakers started badly, with a double skulls, and the following turn, losing one of their star Gutter Runners on a failed dodge (didn't use team reroll) resulting in him going to the badly hurt box!
Both teams played hard in the wet slippery conditions and it was a 2-2 score at half time.
In the second half, the Nandorins looked set to win at 4-3 with one turn to go. However, a quick snap allowed the Squeakers to set up a one turn TD. Their blitz to open a hole was damn lucky, with a one dice skull/pow killing a Nandorins Lion Warrior on the wing. In a very unlucky day for the Nandorins, only 2 casualties were inflicted upon them but both were RIPs so the Lion Warrior passed away with the Apothecary out of medical supplies.
The Squeakers did their dirty one turn TD to tie the game.”
