The first half was very close. The elves hit the ball carrier but failed to pick up the ball and launch a counterattack. After a quite intense brawl, the Rotters scored on turn 8.

In the second half, the Rotters blizted and got the ball behind a wall of guard. While they intentionally tried to stall the game, the elves had a few shots at the ballcarrier, but without success.

After suffering several fouls, the Elves said it was enough and retaliated by killing Johnny Mantis.

Our star catcher, Typhoon, suffered the effects of those recurring back problems and missed the game. Rising Star missed almost the whole game too. Bereft of stars, the Champions did not get a single spp in the game, for the second time in their history.
