#1 Bosk the Fat – Smashed Knee (NI)
“The long awaited rematch between the Ripped Gut Clan and the rainforesters was just as tough (and fun) as expected!
The orcs got off to a great start when Maerag "Old One Eye" did a daring one-orc raid, blitzed the skink holding the ball, picked it up, held off the counterblitzing saurus and finally scored.
The Rainforesters almost totally took over the match after that TD though, and despite some problems in picking up the ball they scored in turn, and managed to injure Bosk the Fat as well, giving themselves a huge advantage on the line.
Still time for a second orcish drive in the first half though, but lacking strength they tried with some stunty goblin play instead, with rather predictable results.... 2-1 for the Rainforesters.
In the second half the Ripped Gut Clan was desperately trying to even the score, and after a quite confused melee and a couple of scoring opportunites (for both teams), Obould Many-Arrows finally picked up the ball on the last turn and managed to throw an accurate long pass to goblin catcher Asglarek who was waiting on the goalline.
All in all a very close and entertaining game against the always friendly coach Ingolf!
Now hand over that beer barrel to Bosk, he needs to rebuild his strength. ;)”

If anything, it was even more determined fought as their first battle.
And the outcome was even morde close.
In the end some lucky completions on both sides combined with some great dodging and some serious blocking did it to gain a deserved draw at the end of a game, where two coaches after a tough but friendly (and sometimes very funny) game shook hands in the local beer pit.
And there was just the next decision: can a Saurus outdrink a Black Orc?
And: do Ogre and Kroxigor get even more dumb when drunk?”
