“At first I thought he was kidding. Offering a match with a fully clawed chaos team vs a bunch of vamps. Turns out he wasn't.........

Since I think the Vamp experiment has lasted long enough I decided to accept and have the team beaten into retirement. Sure enough 1st kick-off roll the opponent gets the ref, despite my higher fanfactor. He then gets so engrossed in killing my team he kinda forgets to actually score, so I took the ball away and stalled out the rest of the 1st half before scoring 1-0.

Naturally the opening kick-off for the 2nd half is a blitz for the chaos boys, a well deserved break since they had made such a brave challenge and were having such bad luck, especially on injury rolls. Luckily my last remaining thrall scared him so badly he decided to stall out for a draw instead of playing to win.

This was more fun than just clicking the retire team button, and a good reminder of why I normally shun this kind of mindless bashing team.
