#12 Windkin – Dead (RIP)
The Forevergreen Faeries certainly had the stronger team, but that was hard to notice in the first half. With Grandfather Tree slumbering in the jungles somewhere and with the undeads knocking out elves on nearly every successful block they soon had the elves handily outnumbered.

Things got even worse when wardancer Windkin got killed by the zombie Yeren, and of course the apothecary failed as well...

The only thing stopping the Nitemares from scoring was actually themselves, they stalled to bash about some more elves and of course to stop the elves from promptly scoring in return. The bashing part were quite successful as the elves were down to three players at the end of the half, but some last ditch heroics by the surviving wardancer Dart saved the day when he blitzed the Wight holding the ball into the audience and stopped the Nitemares from scoring.

The Faeries got some badly needed reinforcements for their own drive as most of the knocked out players returned, not to mention Grandfather Tree. This time the stick was in the other hand, and the Nitemares got a taste of their own medicine when the elves slowly and methodically advanced, knocking out some undead as they went.

Grandfather Tree even managed to get some kind of revenge for the death of Windkin by killng the wight Windigo, even though he was described by Chappy as "damaged goods"...

The only real setback during the whole elven drive was when the mummy Yeti managed to dodge away from his opposing elf, blitz Zhantee into the ground, and even actually pick up the ball! The Nitemares joy was short lived though and eventually the elves superior numbers meant an easy TD.

Thanks for a very well played game Chappy, and good luck in the rest of the tournament!
