Marcoil scored in the second turn. After some intense defense, the Elusive Elves recovered the ball and were within a few steps from the endzone. However, Marcoil was knocked down in the 7th turn, and when he got up to score in the 8th turn he was still feeling a bit dizzy and failed to pick up the ball. Thus the first half ended 1-0.
The second half began with a blitz right behind the Actors LoS. Marcoil tried to use his NoS to catch the ball, but failed and a melee in the middle of the pitch ensued. The Actors focused then on sending our boys to the box. This was done quite successfully (1 BH, 2 MNG and 1 Niggling Injury saved by the appo). In fact, Sylvester SmallOne preferred to send one of our boys crowdsurfing instead of covering the ball, and the disgrace stroke. The Lineman failed to pick up the ball. Coordinoil accepted the present and sent a pass to Marcoil, who scored his second TD.
With two turns left and outnumbered, the Elusive Elves tried hard to keep a clean sheet, but it did not work, and in the end the Actors scored in the last turn.
Thanks for the game, Ntoz. We both fought tooth and nail and it was a lot of fun.

Another vibrant game which resulted in a FF increase. Let's hope we can survive our next game with only 10 players!”
“Very pleasing match after getting hammered by dwarves and norse. Canales summarized key moments very well, nothing to add there. In all-around, match was really fair and relatively equal. End score is more than justified.
Canales led his elven group with better tactics and concentration and therefore deserved well earned victory. We both had our moments of Lady Fortuna's attention and desertion. Though, I'm happy to come out with the result on the board. It could have been somewhat worse.
It was really fun and I'm willing to play another elven thriller some day. Maybe I'm packed with couple of blockers then. =)”
