“Logbook Entry, Day 4.
Imperial Year 2505.

Since we past through the hole a few days ago the crew has already shown incredible talent as space travellers. They are determined and effecient despite their aparent lack of any natural gifts in the area of exploring new worlds - literally in this case:
I've made calculations and compared the arrangement of stars to those printed on all my star maps. My conclussion is that this is not our home system and that we have arrived in a what might even be a completely different galaxy.

While I am thrilled at the prospects of what awaits us ahead I am also worried - the food surplies will not last forever and just today we escaped the cluthes of an astoroid field that took us by surprise. Only due to extreme luck did we manage to escape as unscathed as we did.

I've spotted something that resembles a planet not too far from here and I've made the crew head in that direction. I only hope that the planet harbours natural resources. While the Snakmeister 3000 is an excellent surplus to the crews diet it will not last forever.

So far everything seems in order though and both I and my students are optimistic. Only time will tell what fate has in store for us.
