These guys really do need to get back to basics. After an all half drive and recovering the ball twice the Trench managed to stumble and fall on the TD line in the dying stages of the half. The collective sigh of the Nukks fans was audible all way to the Northern chaos wastelands. 1st half ended 0 - 0.

The Forest Rangers charged out of the blocks in the 2nd half and scored after only 2 turns, Timuel going in for a classic elven TD.

After the restart Squinty, the Nukks thrower, was able to return the ball all the way to scoring line after a bit of luck and some good offense by the Nukk Blitzers.

Turn 5 saw the score tied at 1 all. The Rangers got a favourable kick and were able to move the ball quickly up the wing. The Nukks defense scrambled to cover the line but again forgot the basic of skill of running and 3 Knees fell flat on his face opening the line up to the Rangers and Timuel went in again.

With 2 turns to go the Nukks were able to get themselves into an outside chance of equalizing but the plan fell flat on it's face, along with Trench, as he failed on the opening block of the move.

Good game Callo, wtg. Again my team got "close" so many times but it wasn't to be.
