“Soaring temperatures and Sweltering heat took its toll on the Elves as they took to the field against a strong Norse contingent. A third of the Elves collapsed in exhaustion before a druid was called in to change the weather to something more Blood Bowl friendly. This was the first time as a Coach that I had seen Pass Block in action, and congrats to Paul Vautin for taken an excellent interception early in the first half. The Norse blocking was up to standard and Mahahalel Pathfinder ended up the only Elf lineman remaining on the field at the end of the first half. Despite this he bravely ran in a blitz to disrupt the Norse drive but collapsed in a skull! The Stingers simply ran of standing players to respond effectively to the Broncos Offence. Well done Broncos, a good win and I learnt some hard lessons on elf tactics.”
